My work as a physical medium, teacher and author is rooted in experience, integrity, compassion and a genuine commitment to spiritual development.

I believe meaningful development cannot be rushed or manufactured. It grows through experience, observation, patience and dedicated practice. My approach encourages people to explore their own awareness with an open mind, while remaining grounded, discerning and honest about what they experience.

As a physical medium, I have come to understand the importance of allowing phenomena to unfold naturally, rather than trying to create an outcome. This same principle lies at the heart of my teaching: development should be experienced, explored and understood — not simply accepted.

I encourage students to question, observe and develop their own awareness, rather than relying solely on the experiences or interpretations of others. There is no substitute for personal experience, but there is great value in learning how to approach that experience with care, discipline and integrity.

Through my teaching and writing, I aim to make spiritual development accessible without losing its depth — bringing together experience, evidence, understanding and practical application.

For me, spiritual development is not about becoming someone else.
It is about discovering what is already within you, and learning how to work with it.
